Our Service

IsThisAScam.ai provides an email analysis service that helps you identify potential scams and security threats. You forward suspicious emails to us, and we analyze them using our security technology to provide you with an assessment.

Using Our Service

To use our service:

  1. Forward suspicious emails to help@isthisascam.ai
  2. First-time users will receive a verification code
  3. Complete verification by replying with the code
  4. Receive analysis results by email

Your Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during account setup
  • Only forward emails that you have the right to share
  • Not use our service for illegal activities or to harm others
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our service

Payment Terms

Our service is free for the first 30 days, after which:

  • Monthly subscription: $4.99/month
  • Annual subscription: $45/year (paid upfront)

You'll only be charged for months when you actively use the service. If you don't analyze any emails during a monthly billing cycle, you won't be charged for that month.

Third-Party Services

Our service incorporates technology from trusted third-party providers to help analyze emails and detect scams. While we carefully select these providers, we cannot be responsible for their practices or performance.

Intellectual Property

Our service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by IsThisAScam Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our analysis will detect all scams or that legitimate emails won't occasionally be flagged as suspicious.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IsThisAScam Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting help@isthisascam.ai.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through email or notices when you use our service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
